Fruitful Fellowship

But managing people, who takes pride in promoting their sense of ideas and an appreciable knowledge of a system workings, is difficult. Notwithstanding, human administration thrives better when leadership is powered by a committee -based approach; where a collection of ideas, suggestions and feedbacks is resourceful for a smooth working of any system that is driven by the contributions from human personnel. Unfortunately, a proud heart is somewhat deceived; and it serves an ill-fortuned system as a loner and strife-pusher. And when a system is grounded in strife, productivity goes down and the general fellowship suffers considerably. Whereas, a fruitful leader often swallow his pride and sensitive to the diverse advice from the people for the general good of the system. This is simply...
