They both attract follower-ship. While loyalty is driven by the achievements of celebrities, irrespective of the quality or the source of their achievement, trust is driven by convincing evidence of honesty and integrity. Particularly, and as evident in the follower-ship of Jesus Christ, true trust begets trust. And as widely reported, of all the people who have ever lived, Jesus Christ has the highest number of followers. Whereas, loyalty to follower-ship will falter in the face of challenges and the season of difficulty.
