Right from elementary school, bullies know how to mess around with the focus of pupils and their ambitions or interests in the great learning and recreational programs of the school. Unfortunately, the fear of the sudden terror from bullies has now eroded the confidence of not just pupils in elementary schools. This fear is eroding the confidence of public servants in the civil service, social workers in the hospitality industry, and even volunteers in Christian ministries.
