Total Trust
“Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; Let Your glory be above all the earth.” Psalms 57:5 NKJV Trust is not a problem to people, as long as the concept of its relativity is clear and respected. Anyone can jump down from an Everest cliff with a strap of parachute as long as the trust in the performance of the parachute is a common knowledge. Unfortunately, believers’ relationships with God are often treated on the same level of relative trust, leading the hearts into the mold of trusting the works of man instead of obeying the word of God. Whereas, until man is drawn away from his comfort zone; and he is able to step into troubled waters or jump down the cliff at the lifting of the promises from the words of God, he is yet to understand the concept of total trust.
