Fruitfulness in Fellowship
The most important aspect of every relationship is the intimacy or fellowship among parties. Above the need to provide something is the need to present self. Self has the ability to provide the comfort that cannot be found in any other thing. The time commitment invested in every fellowship is often paid off with the joy and fruitfulness in the relationship. The central theme in Paul's letter of restitution and reconciliation between Onesimus and Philemon is the request for forgiveness from Philemon, without accessing the depth of the evil in Onesimus' action. However, the letter later anchored the fruitfulness of the action plan on the fellowship between Paul and Philemon. Sacrifices are lighter with depth in fellowship.
