Strange Prosperity
Prosperity is commonly accepted as a thriving condition, depending on the yardstick: finance, health, social, spiritual, etc. What is generally undesirable is the trying moments before the common wellness. These moments may be full of pain, but they determine the quality of joy thereafter. And every acknowledgement and acceptance of the pain portion produces the desirable quality of joy, peace, faith, and maturity. This strange prosperity is expedient for those who would manage success for the glory of God. Needless to say that pain represents a strange investment towards the strange prosperity. For many are prone to waste the investment in pain, finding someone or something to blame for their predicaments. The secret of success must be clear: hidden prosperity precedes celebrated prosperity.
