Prepared Persona
“ Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, But a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised. Give her of the fruit of her hands, And let her own works praise her in the gates .” (Proverbs 31 : 30 - 31 NKJV ) Those who have functioned on a job recruiting board will understand the daunting task of identifying a prepared candidate for a well described job. Oftentimes, objectivity to the job specifications is sacrificed on the altar of favouritism, nepotism, etc. It implies that the searching of a prepared persona for any responsibility, and relationship in life’s engagements cannot be safely delegated to the human systems and administrations. Only the decision of a man or woman who fears the Lord can be trusted to produce a prepared persona for the management of affairs in our homes, institutions, and societies.
