Pure Participation

While the concept is valid for all communal, institutional, political, and family systems, the subjective composition of the concept of leadership is always inaccurate. Leadership is not an extraction of a group of people, but the ability of anyone within the system to accept responsibility towards the improvement of any system. Whether at the home-front or in the society, the blame game strategy that attend every query on system responsiveness is an evidence of a want of leadership quality.
