“ Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it .” Proverbs 22 : 6 NKJV Just as a parent is the principal in a parent-child relationship, life’s projects and teams are executed with similar relationship setup. While the smart age in our present world is blessed with smart kids and mentees, the scriptural principle of progressive training and mentorship has been lost. Unfortunately, both the trainer and the trainees do not know the training curriculum in our current confused world. Whereas, “ Train up a child in the way he should go ” suggests the trainer’s understanding of ‘ where each specific trainee should go !’.
