Funneled Folly
http://bible.us/psa85.8.nkjv I will hear what God the Lord will speak, For He will speak peace To His people and to His saints; But let them not turn back to folly. The feeling of total freedom from sin is great to those who have experienced the grace of God. God saves completely from the power of sin, bringing peace into the troubled heart. However, the conduit back into immorality and disobedience remains unplugged. It is readily capable of trapping unwary souls, who attempt to fumble or perform experiment with the funnel. Since many people are flowing towards the direction of the funnel, consistent grace is required to resist the drag into the way of sin. The gospel message is the only proven drag-proof for both the salvation of the back-slidden people and the preservation of the saints. Despite his familiarity with God's testament, the Psalmist choose to wait on God's statement. No one who is wary of being funneled into folly will grow weary of waiting on God's grace...
