Leadership Challenge

The prize of leadership over people is almost equal to the pride of stewardship to God. ‎In fact, there is greater joy and satisfaction in service of stewardship compared to the serving of leadership. For a divinely-anointed leader, it is expected that the likes of King David will be spared from the mire of human management. The truth of the matter is that the reality surrounding true leadership is often far from its idealogy. Without prejudice to the many excellent principles of leadership management, a focus on stewardship to God during apparent mismanagement of leadership opportunity is proven to yield better results.
