Endurance Trek
Of all the aspirations in every sprinter, participation in the Olympic games is a remarkable achievement. Plus the dream of winning a medal, the race begins a long time before the start of the fiesta. A call to the profession requires a test of endurance through the practice pain; but the work of fitness with perseverance will soon result in joy and celebration. The Thessalonians Christians were called to endure tribulation and persecution because of their determination to serve God rather than idols. This work of faith with power leads to the fulfilment of God's goodness and glory at the appearance of the Lord Jesus Christ. Every endurance trek, as a result of the obedience to the call of the Lord, starts with the test of patience. If the grace of God is utilized, the name of the Lord Jesus Christ will be glorified at the end of the test.
