Crafty Counsel

 “They have taken crafty counsel against Your people, And consulted together against Your sheltered ones. They have said, “Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation, That the name of Israel may be remembered no more.”….That they may know that You, whose name alone is the Lord, Are the Most High over all the earth.” Psalms‬ ‭83‬:‭3‬-‭4‬, ‭18‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

It is not a coincidence that craftiness and creativity have similarity in the creation of new things. Only that while the intention of the former is evil, the latter is designed with good intention. Everything that God created has been good, right from the beginning until now, including the salvation and preservation of His beloved people and their purpose for existence. Whereas, the wicked plan of the Devil and all his recruited agents, from the beginning, has always been “They have taken crafty counsel against Your people, And consulted together against Your sheltered ones“. For example, king Sennacherib’s intention was aimed at reproaching the name of God, by intending to cut off His projection through the nation and people of Judah; but king Hezekiah intercepted the evil plan by calling on God’s name with respect. And just as God defended the glory in His name against the likes of the counsel of Ahitophel, Sennacherib, Sanballat, and Tobiah of old, believers understand that human’s crafty counsel has no standing before God’s creative counsel.

Peaceful Pathway

Wrangled Way

  “ Blessed are the undefiled in the way, Who walk in the law of the Lord! Blessed are those who keep His testimonies, Who seek Him with the whole heart! They also do no iniquity; They walk in His ways. ” Psalms 119 : 1 - 3 NKJV There is no doubt that those who abuse the grace of God have little or no understanding of the concept of the narrow way. For  “ Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it ” ( Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭13‬-‭14‬).  The narrow way cannot be widened because it is not only strait , it is extremely wrangled.
