God’s Grace
“As for every man to whom God has given riches and wealth, and given him power to eat of it, to receive his heritage and rejoice in his labor—this is the gift of God. For he will not dwell unduly on the days of his life, because God keeps him busy with the joy of his heart.”
Ecclesiastes 5:19-20 NKJVhttps://www.bible.com/114/ecc.5.19-20.nkjv
Whenever prosperity is strictly defined by the accumulation of material riches and wealth, Napoleon Hill’s deception of Think and Grow Rich would serve as a good companion. And many who on the road of prosperity gospel do solemnly keep alive the tenets of self-help and self-confidence in their abilities to make wealth, without sharing the underlying secrets of deceit, darkness, and disappointment. The fact remains that true riches and wealth come from God. Even though the consummation of God’s riches can appear as material riches, it is wider, deeper and richer than the products of the human eyes. And on the trenches of life’s difficulties and gruesome circumstances, the heart is easily distracted from the reality of God’s blessings in disguise. Whereas, true riches and wealth clearly represent the heart endowed with the influence of God’s grace and glorious satisfaction, even when the body is devoid of material affluence.
