Evil Enlargement

Just like Ammon, Damascus, Gaza, Tyre, and Edom, the concept of promotion and prosperity through the decimation of others’ privileges was punished by the Originator of true enlargement. When the scriptures declare that promotion does not come from anywhere else, other than from above, it is apparent that human pursuit of enlargement outside the guidance of God can never be without an encroachment of God’s purpose and plan. For example, Ammon had to rip open women with child in Gilead in order to gain enlargement of his desired territory, without any consideration of the divine purpose for the possible enlargement of divine territories through the children from the women. While many are tempted to mourn several loss of opportunities for enlargement in the passing year, it may be more instructive to know that God is more concern about our uncountable loss of His calls for godliness and contentment. Since great gains always come at the opportunity cost of rejecting evil enlargement, its pursuit appeals only to those who await the imminent visitation from the Lord.

Peaceful Pathway

Wrangled Way

  “ Blessed are the undefiled in the way, Who walk in the law of the Lord! Blessed are those who keep His testimonies, Who seek Him with the whole heart! They also do no iniquity; They walk in His ways. ” Psalms 119 : 1 - 3 NKJV There is no doubt that those who abuse the grace of God have little or no understanding of the concept of the narrow way. For  “ Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it ” ( Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭13‬-‭14‬).  The narrow way cannot be widened because it is not only strait , it is extremely wrangled.
