Fully Freewill
“And I said to them, “You are holy to the LORD; the articles are holy also; and the silver and the gold are a freewill offering to the LORD God of your fathers. Watch and keep them until you weigh them before the leaders of the priests and the Levites and heads of the fathers’ houses of Israel in Jerusalem, in the chambers of the house of the LORD.””
Ezra 8:28-29 NKJV

It is almost impossible for anyone to be seated by a competent investment expert without discovering couple of new investment opportunities that need urgent investment action. All available resources, including time and material resources, are sources of investment with guaranteed returns. Unfortunately, the struggle to determine and divide the line between human resources and holy resources is difficult for the micromanaging mindsets in our world. When the mind could possibly convert the withholding travelling time into different investment opportunities for the gold, silver, and previous vessels for the temple in Jerusalem, Ezra preferred to foreclose the temptation by discharging the precious gifts into the care of the holy priests. Likewise, believers who are called into the service of the Lord are expected to be fully surrendered unto Him. When we struggle with God’s choice concerning how He choose to guide our paths through life, our micromanaging mindsets often cry fouls of the Creator’s ‘mismanagement’ mentality. Whereas, the scriptures declare and affirm that God’s thoughts concerning His delights are always good and not evil; they are guaranteed to lead the uprights in hearts to a pleasant and an expected end. Notwithstanding, a life fully consecrated as freewill offering to the Lord has lost every sense of possible loss in his dealing with the Lord.
