Phase-less Procession
“‘I will go before you And make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze And cut the bars of iron. I will give you the treasures of darkness And hidden riches of secret places, That you may know that I, the LORD, Who call you by your name, Am the God of Israel.”
Isaiah 45:2-3 NKJV

In human organization and management of project activities, effective management of project activities comes in phases. Depending on the reality and availability of resource control, the order of the sequence of activities or the procession of phases often depends on the underlying management decision to either phase out or phase in any concerned activity. Invariably, management decisions are capable of constituting crooked places on the path of progress, gates of bronze to the palace of promotion, and bars of iron over pack of promises. However, beyond the control of human organization and management lies the layer of divine intervention. It implies that God is able to break protocols against the progress and promotion of His delights. Therefore, when the righteous walks through an apparent endless of darkness and a vicious circle of secret places, there are always treasure at the end of the tunnel and hidden riches at the close of the race. Instead of a focus on the progression of phased activities in life that breeds discouragement, unwavering confidence in the phase-less procession of God that sustains courage and hope to the end is encouraged.
