Deserving Dwelling
“He who walks righteously and speaks uprightly, He who despises the gain of oppressions, Who gestures with his hands, refusing bribes, Who stops his ears from hearing of bloodshed, And shuts his eyes from seeing evil: He will dwell on high; His place of defense will be the fortress of rocks; Bread will be given him, His water will be sure.”
Isaiah 33:15-16 NKJV

The world in a couple of days is set to launch Falcon Heavy into space with a dummy payload - the cherry red roadster of Tesla CEO. When Elon Musk was asked why he chose to dumb his $100,000 personal car into space, he said: “I love the thought of a car drifting apparently endlessly through space and perhaps being discovered by an alien race millions of years in the future”. It shows the latent generosity of the human mind being called to provide transportation for imaginary aliens in the space. Actually, the human discovered space would have been permanently occupied by space explorers, if the environment is habitable and sustainable. Who would not want to escape the world of greed and wickedness? However, the Lord promises the possibility of dwelling on high without a physical exploration into the space. It is called the salvation experience, where the heart of man is delivered by the power of God from the pollution of the present world. Especially from this polluted world, where bribery and corruption are provided or prescribed in order to advance promotion, provisions, and preservation. Whereas, there is an inner contentment for those who dwell on high, where their place of defense is not the fortress of rigging and rebellion in order to buy relevance. Dwelling in the presence of God is the most deserving abode for those who desire a sustainable escape from the corrupting influence of this world.
