Aggressive Accommodation
“The LORD of hosts has sworn, saying, “Surely, as I have thought, so it shall come to pass, And as I have purposed, so it shall stand: That I will break the Assyrian in My land, And on My mountains tread him underfoot. Then his yoke shall be removed from them, And his burden removed from their shoulders.”
Isaiah 14:24-25 NKJV

The camp of the wicked do not have time for extensive planning before the execution of their acts of wickedness against the righteous. While God appears unruffled by His thoughts of pleasant expected ends and glorious purposes, the rights of the righteous to submit and surrender self towards the fulfillment of God’s will are often aggressively denied. As it happened to Zion, the aggressive accommodation of the rights of the righteous cannot annul the thoughts and purposes of the Almighty God. Meanwhile, the righteous people of God are called to an attractive appreciation of the prevailing thoughts and purposes of the Lord, especially in times of the enemies’ aggressive accommodation. Without a consistent appreciation of the glory of God, irrespective of the apparent gory stories in life, the rights of divine occupancy in the affairs of the righteous are often compromised. After all, the righteous’ plights, possessions, and positions in life, career, family and ministry are entirely the Lords, i.e., the reference to ‘My land’ and ‘My Mountains’, while underscoring the divine intention. And until the rights of the righteous are completely surrendered in attractive appreciation of the Lord’s thought, the wicked’s aggressive accommodation may linger.
