Desirable Dedication

“Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God and keep His commandments, For this is man’s all. For God will bring every work into judgment, including every secret thing, Whether good or evil.” ‭‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭12:13-14‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ http://bible.com/114/ecc.12.13-14.nkjv
Proud parents are dedicated to the welfare of their home and family members. Serious students are dedicated to excellent academic performance in their studies and career pursuits. While dependable disciples are dedicated to the integrity and loyalty of services to their masters. However, in all of these devotions, the interest of the Lord supersedes the expectations of parties at home, institution and the ministry. Therefore, the most desirable dedication starts with the fear of God and a devotion to His commandments. When the desires of parents over advances in the development of kids, progression of desirable family projects, etc, appear overridden by divine interest, fear God and keep His commandments. And when personal pursuits toward career and professional development appear adjusted by divine guidance and call to service and ministry, fear God and keep His commandments. God is not concern about the good intention behind our devotions in life, He desires a genuine dedication to His inspiration. Even when there is no reasonable explanation to justify His leading, the most desirable dedication in life and ministry is the fear of God and an absolute commitment to His commandments.
