Dangerous Descent

The downward descent into immorality appears more fashionable these days than in the days of old. Many mighty men are fallen faster than they ever realized being initiated into the dangerous descent. Besides those who are privileged to be under a consistent sanctifying grace, many strong men are already addicted to the secret digest of pornographic pictures and immoral movies posted on social media. The uncontrollable passion for the serving of these immoral postings often succeeds in destroying the passion for prayer and spiritual mountaineering. While the invasion appears remote and covered by the screen of smart devices, the toxic of the resulting visual and mental digest represents a slow poison in the system of many, who are terminally wounded with spiritual sickness. Unfortunately, strong men are often unable to deliver their souls from a dangerous descent into eternal damnation.

Peaceful Pathway

The Lord be with you all. ” II Thessalonians 3 : 16 NKJV Truth be told, the pursuit of righteousness is simply and straightforwardly the following of the right pathway, not necessarily the safe, the polite, and the popular pathway. Little wonder Martin Luther King once said, ‘On some positions, Cowardice asks the question, “ Is it safe?” Expediency asks the question, “ Is it polite?” And Vanity comes along and asks the question, “ Is it popular? ” But Conscience asks the question, “ Is it right? ”’. Wrangled Way

  “ Blessed are the undefiled in the way, Who walk in the law of the Lord! Blessed are those who keep His testimonies, Who seek Him with the whole heart! They also do no iniquity; They walk in His ways. ” Psalms 119 : 1 - 3 NKJV There is no doubt that those who abuse the grace of God have little or no understanding of the concept of the narrow way. For  “ Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it ” ( Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭13‬-‭14‬).  The narrow way cannot be widened because it is not only strait , it is extremely wrangled.
